Copper scrap prices per
pound have hit an approximately 4 year low this morning. We always try to
pay top dollar at Goldsboro Metal Recycling, but the dollar paid is based on
conditions around the world. As of this morning, with copper hitting a
new multi year low, we have had no choice but to lower our scrap copper prices.
We apologize for this,
but it is not in our control. At this time we do not know when copper
scrap metal prices will go up. We will say that they have been going
almost steadily down since April 2011.
