As said, it is not clear what will happen the rest of the year.  We are hearing things could go down a bit more over the next months, but sorry we do not know. It is even possible that prices could go up!  Yes, for items like copper, you can actually go to websites like www.cmegroup.com and watch the price of copper change every few seconds during the week.  Steel as many know usually changes once a month, but there is even no certainty to that.
